This notice explains information handling for wisenerventures.com, operated by Wisener Ventures LLC. It does not automatically cover linked applications, including Means of Grace and UMConnexion, which may have separate notices.
Inquiries stay in your control
The inquiry tool prepares an email in your own email application. Typing into the form does not submit its contents to Wisener Ventures. Christopher Wisener receives your name, email address, message, and any information you include only if you send the email. Your email provider processes the draft and message under its own policies.
Wisener Ventures uses received information to respond, discuss requested work, deliver agreed services, and maintain relevant business records. Please send only what is needed. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, confidential pastoral disclosures, or sensitive medical, financial, or third-party personal information. Ordinary email is not a secure counseling or emergency channel.
Website delivery and external resources
Cloudflare hosts and helps deliver and protect this website. Its systems may process IP addresses, request URLs, browser and device information, timestamps, and other traffic or security data. Some technical information may be available to Wisener Ventures through hosting or security tools. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Pages currently load fonts from Google Fonts and a portrait from an external church website. Those requests disclose technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the relevant provider. See Google's privacy policy. Following other links also takes you to services with their own information practices.
Cookies and tracking
The website's own code does not set advertising cookies or add marketing trackers. Cloudflare may use security or availability cookies when its protection features require them. You can review, block, or delete cookies through your browser; some protection features may then work differently. This notice does not describe cookies or tracking on linked websites.
Sharing, retention, and your choices
Wisener Ventures does not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be handled by hosting, email, and other providers needed to operate the business, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights and security, or with your permission.
Messages and business records are retained as reasonably needed for the inquiry or project, recordkeeping, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Provider logs follow provider settings and policies. No online system or ordinary email can be guaranteed secure.

Wisener Ventures may need to verify your identity and will respond as applicable law requires; some records may need to be retained. Additional rights and complaint options may apply depending on your location.
This business inquiry site is not directed to children under 13. Please email Christopher if you believe a child has provided personal information. Changes to this notice will be posted here with a revised effective date.
